A Healthy Start

We met almost six months ago at an international university orientation, and soon realized how similar we were; particularly with our goal of maintaining a healthy lifestyle within the university environment (which might be one of the most challenging things ever) and for the rest of our lives.

We are people who really care about others including their food consumption and overall health. It kills us to see people struggling with their body image especially because we have been there several times as well. It's one of the worst pains that you could face and that is what motivates us to want to change lives.

Exercise is key.
We know everyone is tired of hearing that but it's true and there's no way around it.
There are thousands of excuses that you can come up with when trying to skip the gym. No money, no time, just no. Bad news. We will be focusing entirely on home-based workouts. No only does this mean you don't have to leave your house, but they will be simple, short and INTENSE. This will get you moving, burning some calories and, most importantly, it will make you feel better about yourself and how you look.
You may have seen this coming, and you were right, FOOD is the other main component to a healthy and happy you. Being able to choose your meals wisely and appropriately for your goals will make you look better and feel incredible. Say goodbye to that guilty feeling after every meal. We promise you will never experience that again by following our advice.
As opposed to those infamous TV ads, we will GUARANTEE results. You WILL look great and feel fantastic. It's life-changing. We promise.
